A Post Graduate in Foreign Trade (MFT) and is also a CAIIB. He started his banking career with Canara Bank, moved over to Andhra Bank, ING Vysya Bank and then to SIDBI (Small Industries Development Bank of India). He undertakes activities under forex advisory, project finance, working capital, debt restructuring and import finance.
Nilam Jain
A fellow member of ICAI with a distinguished track record, she is also a Cost and Works Accountant. She has successfully completed a Diploma in Information Systems Audit awarded by the ICAI. Her worthy capabilities in preparing feasibility reports for clients spread across various sectors and her experience in advising clients on their long term financial planning and management has proved to be a boon to the company.
Priyank Singhi
An associate member of ICAI, he specializes in the field of Debt Syndication, Preparation of Various reports such as CMA, Information Memorandum, Detailed Project Report, Valuation of Shares, etc. Along with this, he also has keen interest in LLP's and Company Law matters. He is constantly exploring new avenues and projects and through his enthusiasm and zeal towards work, the Company has benefited immensely.

Priti Modi is a dynamic, youthful, qualified and perfection-inclined Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary. Apart from being a trainer for various professional courses, her understanding and focus in Project Financing is creditable. Her ability to deal with clienteles and the endeavour with which she takes up the challenges inspires her further to exploit her aptitudes and deliver value to the organization.
